After completing my degree in Sports Science I decided to pursue my passion as a Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Coach.
As a Great Britain International canoeist, the years of knowledge and experience I have gained from being trained and educated by some of the top UK fitness professionals was my motivation for entering this career.
Now with thousands of hours coaching experience, across a number of top UK gyms, training both individuals and groups to a variety of goals and achievements, I have honed my knowledge and skills.
